With our RateTraker subscription, you'll set up your profile, dive into the Sherlok portal, and create RateTraker links, resources, and campaigns to share effortlessly with your clients—whether through email, social media, or even your website.

Initiate Rate Tracking with your clients

In week two, you'll launch your campaigns, track client consents to RateTraker, and begin monitoring interest rates. The timeline to get all your clients in may vary based on your book size.

Phase 02

Configure Streamlined Repricing

When you're ready to start repricing, upgrade to a repricing subscription and book a call with a Sherlok team member. Setup is simple, but a guided walkthrough always helps.

Start Repricing & Generating
Refinance Leads

By week four, you'll have plenty of clients in the tool and be all set to start efficiently retaining your clients.
